A Lying, Cheating, Thieving Contractor                                                           Adrian Hudson                                                         Jagman Cleaning  We are not sure yet but it looks as though - I have been told by people I trust - that Housing  uses the services of a contractor known to us as a liar, a thief and a cheat.  Adrian Hudson of Jagman cleaning.     It seems they used this contractor to do the 'deep cleaning' they claimed was necessary in our house - and billed us some $800 for this.  They paid ( I assume they've paid)  $800 to a contractor who owes us $1000 and refuses to pay, for doing work that didn't need doing!     Sounds a bit l ike a put-up job, doesn't it?  To those old hands in the Territory, who know how things often go.  But there's little we can do to explore that possibility.    We have asked Housing if it is true they employed this contractor but had no reply.  This is not unusual and we can't say whether we ever will get a reply or not.  However the truth shouldn't be too hard to find, whether Housing persists in its adverserial uncooperative attitude or not. It would be virtually common knowledge.    Adrian Hudson of Jagman Cleaning is the man in question, the contractor in question.        Here's the Bill Housing laid on us in their usual peremptory and unjustified manner:

What do you think of that?  Isn't that extraordinary? $800 to clean your house after you've left. What sort of a filthy bugger must you be?  What sort of 'cleaning' are they trying to maintain I should have done before moving out?  'Heavy Clean'.  I've never heard the expression before.  It is, of course, ludicrous on the very face of it. When we get beneath the face we'll find it to be even more ludicrous.  Anyway, the point on this page is simply that this work is said to have been done by Jagman.  Jagman.  Adrian Hudson.  Who lied and swore at my wife. Who didn't pay my wife her correct salary, which is stealing, or if it isn't stealing, to refuse to pay it after a Court Order demanding he pay certainly is stealing.  Stealing is theft. That's a thief.  Lying is a liar. He's a liar. And, of course, the whole thing is cheating.  Cheating is just another way of saying the same thing, or summing it up.      How can we make claims like that?  We've got a Courty Order which we'll show here. And we've got the results of a search of Court records which demonstrate this man has made a habit of doing this: running up debts and not paying them.  We will show here five (5) Court Judgements against him for a total of over $100,000.   How fair dink is this man?  A little Aussie battler trying to do it right?  No, mate, no.  He's a foul mouthed liar who swore at my wife more than once and who lied about money being in the bank and on it's way.   He's a man who's never made the faintest efffort - not the faintest - to pay this debt.  He doesn't even respond to Court Orders, doesn't bother to appear in Court, doesn't  both to fight the charges.  Why?  Why?  Because he knows exactly what to do.  Everything he owns is in his wife's name, or is in a company name, or is encumbered by debt or somesuch. I'm not up on the legalities of it  all but he is.  I've been advised about that.  He is.  He has himself covered so that no one can get anything from him.  He just looks, legally, like he has nothing.  So he lives in comfort, drives a late model car and rips off people like my wife and the other $100,000 worth of debt and laughs about it all.   That's the man that apparently Housing Katherine chooses to service their (ludicrous in themselves) cleaning contracts.   The story gets stranger and stranger, doesn't it?  How big is Katherine?  What can you do in Katherine that isn't known to everyone?    Now you need some evidence.  Here it is - The Court Judgements awarded against him, totalling over $100,000

Make no m istake - those are Judgements, those a findings by the Court that Adrian Hudson is liable and at fault and must pay those monies.  Anyone can apply to the Court and pay the fee and have the same search done and will get the same results.  If you are in doubt about it, check it out, do it yourself. Adrian Hudson of Jagman has never made the slightest attempt to pay any part of this debt.  He rides around in a late model car - my wife at the time of this debt was riding around on a pushbike to do his cleaning work for him.  And she was several months pregnant.  And she was treated badly on the job.    That's Jagman.  Housing's chosen contractor.  So we're told.  Maybe it is not true.  Everything said about Hudson and Jagman is true - but maybe  after all it is not they who did the usurious and ridiculous and suspect and unnecessary 'deep cleaning' of our house.
